Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Omnium completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right — no lengthy interrogations, no runaround.
Our Guarantee
We know that supplements are a commitment — in time, habit, and money. We built Omnium to work, and we want you to feel confident trying it. If you purchase Omnium and are not satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first order of each product — one guarantee per household per product SKU. It does not apply to repeat orders of the same product.
How To Request a Refund
1.) Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Email support@omniumhealth.com with your order number and a brief note about why you're requesting a refund. You do not need to return the product for a first-order refund.
2.) We'll confirm your request within 1–2 business days
Our customer support team will verify your order details and confirm your refund. We may ask a brief question about your experience to help us improve — this is optional and will not affect your refund.
3.)Refund issued within 5–7 business days
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer — most refunds appear within 5–7 business days after we process them.
Eligibility
Eligible for refund

First-time purchases of any Omnium product, within 30 days of delivery

Orders that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — at any time, with photo documentation

Orders that were lost in transit and not delivered within 21 days of the estimated delivery date
Not eligible for refund

Repeat orders of the same product (second box onward on a subscription)

Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers

Orders where the reported issue cannot be verified
Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no fees or penalties.
To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for a refund under the terms above if it is your first order.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account at omniumhealth.com and navigate to Subscription Settings, or contact us at support@omniumhealth.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue
We will replace the order at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference. We cover return shipping for confirmed defective or incorrect orders.
Returns
For first-order refunds under our 30-day guarantee, you are not required to return the product. For other situations where a return is requested, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not return products without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Exceptions & Final Sale
Products purchased at a discount of 40% or more (including sale events or promotional codes) are considered final sale and are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee unless they arrive damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
