4. Orders & Pricing
Placing an order
By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product at the price listed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We will notify you by email if your order is declined or cancelled.
Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
5. Subscriptions
Omnium offers subscription purchasing options that provide a discount in exchange for automatic recurring orders. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Omnium to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you select (monthly, every 60 days, etc.) until you cancel.
Managing your subscription

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge to take effect before that order processes

Cancellations made after a charge has processed will take effect for future orders; the current order will be fulfilled

We do not charge cancellation fees
Price changes
If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued subscription after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not accept the new price, you must cancel before the effective date.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability is displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product formulations, and branding — is the property of Omnium Nutrition, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
